About
I am a chilean product designer, Master’s Degree in Product Design Technologies. My research projects emphasize biomimicry and BioDigital design, as a result of a transdisciplinary convergence between biology, design, parametric algorithms and digital fabrication technologies.
Since 2002 experience in product design, teaching, research and curriculum development in different higher education institutions; I have been an international lecturer, workshop instructor, as well part of international exhibitions.
Associate Professor in the Industrial Design program at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana -UPB-, in Medellín, Colombia. Communications Director at SIGraDi and PhD student in the Institute for Biodigital Architecture and Genetics, at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya -UIC- in Barcelona, Spain.
